How Helio41 works
What actually happens if I use Helio41?
Helio41 gives you an answer about solar or battery storage first, without asking for anything. If you want something specific to your home you tell us where you are and how much electricity you use, and we show what our verified data supports. If you then want a real quote, you leave contact details and a licensed local installer carries out the work. Helio41 is not a contractor.
- Information before contact details
- Always
- Who installs
- Licensed local contractors
- What our estimate is
- An indicative model, not a binding quote
The four steps
- 1
Get an answer
Every answer page states its conclusion in the first paragraph, shows the sources behind it, and gives the date each fact was last verified. None of it is behind a form.
- 2
Run an estimate
Tell us your location and your electricity usage. We compute what our sourced data genuinely supports, and we name what we cannot compute rather than filling the gap.
- 3
Decide what you actually want
Lower bill, outage resilience, or both. This decision changes the recommendation more than any product choice, so we ask it directly.
- 4
Move to a real quote
When you are ready, you leave contact details and a licensed installer takes it from there — including the site assessment and load calculations that no website can do.
What Helio41 is not
- We are not a licensed contractor and we do not perform installations.
- We do not currently hold an installation contract with a Florida EPC partner, so we do not describe ourselves as having one.
- Our estimator produces an indicative model, not an engineering design and not a binding quote.
- We do not publish prices we cannot source, which is why several pages on this site tell you a number is missing instead of showing one.
- We do not have customer reviews or installation case studies yet, so there are none on this site.
See what fits your home
Four questions, and you see the result before we ask for anything.
Start an estimateCommon questions
Do I have to give my phone number?
Not to see an estimate. Contact details are only requested if you want us to send the result or arrange a real quote, and that request comes after the result is on screen.
Who actually installs the system?
A licensed local contractor. Florida installation work requires appropriate licensing, and Helio41 does not hold it. We are explicit about this rather than blurring the line.
How does Helio41 make money?
By connecting homeowners with installers. That gives us an incentive you should know about, which is why the estimator is built to tell you when solar or storage may not be the right answer for you.
