There is no phone number yet, and we would rather say so than publish one that reaches nobody. If your question is about your own home, running the estimator first gives us the context to be useful in the first reply rather than the third.

What to include

The city your home is in, so we know which utility rules apply.
Your annual electricity use in kilowatt-hours if you have it — this is the single most useful number.
What you are trying to achieve: a lower bill, outage resilience, or both.

Tell us. Every fact on this site is stored with a source and a verification date, so a correction updates the record and every page that depends on it. Corrections about rates, incentives and utility rules are particularly welcome, because those are the facts that go stale fastest and do the most damage when they do.
